Thursday, March 27th, 2008

Skiers meet in the hotel lobby for a 7:15 AM departure.  Hungry folks are invited to look for one another in the restaraunt for breakfast at about 6:30 AM.  Call John Gaudio on his cell phone, 303-870-1044, if you're running behind or lost.

Bring your own gear, or rent it on the slopes.  Each skier is responsible for his/her own costs.

Confirmed skiers include John Gaudio, Lee Devlin, Mike Hostetler, Court Rye, Rob Packard, Ron Mettler, & Bill French.

 

Drinks are on John in the hotel bar at 7:30 PM.

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM -- Mini Trade Show/Dinner time

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM -- Dinner, pick a nearby restaurant and take your favorite speaker to dinner, or grab something here and continue networking at the after hours Mini Trade show until 7:00 PM

7:00 PM - 7:45 PM -- Drinks and less formal sessions, featuring a remote presentation from Matt Trask, a status reports from Lee Devlin, quick updates from other attendees, and the drawing for our door prize!

7:45 PM - 8:15 PM -- Mike O'Neil, Founder of Integrated Alliances, on Linked In and Social Networking Tips.

8:15 PM - 8:25 PM -- Break

8:25 PM - 9:25 PM -- Dave Shaver, Founder and CTO of Neotool on Marketing and Sales

9:25 PM - 9:35 PM -- Break

9:35 PM - whenever -- Our second annual Texas Hold 'em Poker Tournament, followed by more drinks and great conversation. For his efforts in the poker game, John Gaudio III won a super high speed 4GB HP USB flash drive. This thing really screams compared with other flash devices.

Lee won this beautiful Garmin c340 GPS. It was quickly confiscated by his wife when he got home.

Other cool prizes included a MyST jacket, and several books.

Friday, March 28th, 2008

Get together at 10:30AM for Brunch in the hotel restaurant.  We leave the hotel at noon for go-cart racing, about 1:00 PM, followed by trap shooting around 3:00 PM.  If weather is a problem we'll switch to indoor skydiving.  Each participant covers the cost of his/her own activities.

Confirmed participants for the Friday afternoon events include John Gaudio, John Gaudio III, Lee Devlin, Court Rye, Rob Packard, Bill French, Dave Shaver and Andrea Shaver, Jeff Schmoyer, Brandy Evans, Leonard Zerman, Les Lazar, Mike Hostetler, Issac Davenport.

There will be informal discussions at the hotel bar from 5:00  PM until 6:30 PM.

We Leave the Hotel for Black Angus at 6:50PM.

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM -- Bill French of Myst Technology, Critique of the Myst Platform's value proposition - An iPod Shuffle will be awarded to the person judged by the audience to have provided the best critique.

10:00 AM - 10:15 AM -- Break

10:15 AM - 10:30 AM -- Jeff Schmoyer - Micro Engineering Labs update

10:30 AM - 11:15 AM -- Rob McNealy Startup Story Radio

11:15 AM - 11:30 AM -- Break  (Gather bags if you're checking out.)

11:30 AM - 11:45 AM -- Rob Packard, update on Skylight Specialists, and his first million dollar sale.

11:45 AM - 12:30 PM -- Len Zerman - Small Business Accounting

12:30 PM - 12:45 PM -- Break

12:45 PM - 1:15 PM -- John Gaudio, using still and video photography for marketing, both on and off the Internet.

1:15 PM - 1:45 PM -- Wind up Entrepreneurial Disconnects, more quick reports from attendees, EntConnect 2007 Feedback, 2008 plans, and Website.

Closing by John Gaudio, tear down and informal discussion. Once the room is empty we'll get together for lunch somewhere close by.
